Job Description
Evolve is recruiting for a privately-owned, leading Respiratory organisation who is looking for a driven and dynamic Hospital Specialist, to promote their specialist care portfolio for key respiratory diseases into key hospitals across the East Midlands.
Salary/Package confidential as per client request - Details available upon application (Industry average salary guide for role type: \xc2\xa350K \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa360K).
Ideal Requirement for the Hospital Specialist
- Experience in hospital sales in speciality therapy areas.
- ABPI qualified.
- Evidence of successfully working with funding of high value products within the NHS environment.
- Develop Secondary Care strategic account plans to influence product awareness, adoption and formulary inclusions, in order to shape the secondary care environment including formulary and guideline development at target account/hospital trust level.
- Pioneer both digital and face to face interactions, embracing new technology and platforms by utilising customer insights.
- Identify and develop long term partnerships with key customers, to shape the LHE - and facilitate formulary and guideline inclusion at an account level
2/3 stage interview process.
