About the role

Our club plus members are at the heart of what we do, so exceptional customer service and driving member loyalty is our main priority. To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for a Horticulture Expert to join our Horticulture Team.

As a Horti Expert you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service including providing advice and guidance in relation to plant care and maintenance, core gardening products & equipment, maintaining the plant & core gardening areas on a daily basis as per company standards, and any other duties associated with a retail garden centre role. You will also be responsible for supporting and coaching other members of staff and deputising for the Supervisor in their absence.

• You are passionate about all things plants and delivering the best possible experience for our customers.
• A team player and confident communicator who is eager to learn new skills and gain new experiences.
• Naturally friendly person: our team members really enjoy what they do and who they work with
• Flourish in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Previous retail experience and hold a horticulture qualification or equivalent experience required
