Hope Homecare is a leading provider of care and support to adults and children in the community. We deliver high-quality domiciliary care, including support for individuals with complex needs. Our service includes standard personal care as well as clinical tasks such as PEG feeding (full training provided).

Role Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Home Care Workers to support adults and children across Enfield with daily living, personal care, medication, and light domestic tasks. Some clients may have complex needs, requiring additional clinical support such as PEG feeding. You will promote independence, dignity, and a positive quality of life for every service user.

Duties Include:

Providing personal care and daily living support PEG feeding and medication administration (training available) Supporting service users with complex health conditions Encouraging independence and wellbeing Light household tasks and meal preparation Accurately recording care visits and outcomes

Requirements:

Must drive and have a valid driving licence (own vehicle required for work purposes) Experience in care is preferred but not essential (training provided) Willingness to undertake training in complex care procedures A caring, compassionate approach and commitment to high-quality care Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings
