We are delighted to announce our partnership with a well-established, family-run care provider that manages care homes across the Greater Manchester area. The homes within their portfolio specialise in offering residential and dementia care services for the elderly.

My client is actively seeking a skilled and supportive Home Manager to lead one of their small residential and dementia care homes. The home consistently achieves a high occupancy rate, currently operating at full capacity. Notably, the home boasts excellent staff retention, with a committed and long-standing team of carers.

The Candidate

The preferred candidate should possess substantial experience as a Home Manager in both residential and dementia care settings, with a track record of achieving positive CQC ratings in previous roles. Demonstrable expertise in this capacity is essential. The responsibilities include offering support and empowerment to an outstanding team of carers and ensuring strict adherence to CQC guidelines, with the goal of achieving a Good rating from CQC during the next inspection.

The candidate must possess robust leadership skills to maintain a positive working environment and offer exceptional support to the staff. This, in turn, will motivate the team to consistently provide the highest quality of care for all residents.
Location
This role is based in Manchester, and is commutable from Stockport, Rochdale, Blackburn and Bolton
