Remit
I am currently seeking a strong Nursing Home Manager for a large sized elderly nursing home in Littlehampton. This service requires a Home Manager who has previously successfully managed an elderly nursing home with over 60 beds, is resident driven and will ensure an outstanding quality of care is delivered. Specialising in Elderly care, this home is looking for a manager who will lead from the front with an approachable demeanour.

The Candidate
The successful candidate must have a management background in Large Sized Nursing Homes and have a good CQC report.

Requirements
l Strong and Successful Management Background Within Nursing Homes.
l Excellent Understanding of CQC.
l Management of an Elderly Nursing Home with over 60 beds.
l Active NMC Pin preferred.

Location
The home is based in Littlehampton and is commutable from Brighton, Chichester, Bognor Regis, Portsmouth, Hove, Arundel, Worthing and surrounding areas.
