Remit
Compass Associates are working with a growing care provider who operate a range of elderly and complex care services across the North of England. Due to recent growth, they are now looking to recruit a Care Home Director for their sizable, long standing complex care and rehabilitation service in the North East. The service is fully compliant and has a rich history of supporting patients with long term nursing needs.

My client are seeking a Care Home Director who can both continue to improve quality and support to increase the services occupancy. Successful candidates will offer a proven track record of improving standards and managing large teams, preferably in a complex care service. The position is also open to care home managers from an elderly care background who are looking to expand their career and have a genuine interest in brain injuiry / neuro rehab / trache\'s vent. Exposure to these areas of complex care will give you a distinct advantage over other applicants.

The Role
Reporting to the Groups Managing Director, you will hold registration for the service leading on everything governance related. Supported by the team on site and the wider group, you will also be accountable for ensuring the operational, financial and regulatory compliance needs of the site are met.

Requirements

• A proven track record re improving quality and managing an MDT
• Experience in a registered role
• Nurse / therapist registrations are desirable
• Strong Operational track record
• Strong network within the North east (desirable)

Interview Process
The interview process will be a three stage process consisting of an initial informal teams/zoom call with the Managing Director followed by a face to face meeting on site and a tour.
