The Candidate

The successful candidate must be an experienced, committed, and personable manager who genuinely has a passion for elderly care. The client requires someone who has worked within an elderly care home and preferably ran a \'Good\' rated care home or has experience in similar projects. The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to provide high quality care.

Requirements

• Good CQC knowledge
• Passion for elderly care
• Excellent staff management skills
• Experience managing care homes.

Location

This role is based in Chelmsford and commutable from Essex, Romford, Colchester Southend on Sea and North London
