Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various environments, including commercial spaces and hotels. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks in commercial settings, ensuring all areas are kept clean and tidy. Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established protocols. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with company policies. Assist with any additional cleaning tasks as required by management. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client requests or concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's licence may be advantageous for roles requiring travel between sites. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends if necessary.
