Homecare Assistant
Full Time hours weekly
Salary: National Minimum Wage
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Jessy Care Ltd. The Homecare Assistant will be there to provide direct care to clients in their own homes, i.e. bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing and assisting with mobility to ensure that the clients receive the highest standards of care appropriate to their individual needs.
Are you someone who has the following attributes, if so, we would love to receive your application: -
Person Specification:
A passion for helping care for adults with identified needs
To provide support including, personal hygiene and meals as required
Support residents with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, using care aids and equipment safely
Assist with following Care Plans and other medical plans
Complete Care Records as required
Monitor resident's conditions each visit and report changes if needed
Organise time and resources based on the individual needs of the residents
Manage any unanticipated events or unstable situations
Requirements:
Full UK Drivers Licence required and access to vehicle for work purposes
DBS will be required
