Pay rates:

Home Care Assistant pay rate is 15.00 and 16.00 an hour. Bank holidays are paid at an excellent rate of 27 to 28 an hour!

Working times:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday - 07:00am - 12:00pm & 16:00 - 22:00pm

Key responsibilities:

We offer person centred care packages tailored to suit each individual taking into account what their preferences and needs are, such as:

Providing essential personal care to clients in a respectful, dignified manner Offering emotional support and companionship, building trust and meaningful relationships Assisting with everyday tasks, including meal preparation and light housekeeping Supporting with medication reminders and personal hygiene routines Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for the people you care for

Loyalty Thoughtful Honest Caring Compassionate Polite Smartly turned out Excellent communication skills Flexible Knowledgeable Eager to learn You show a professional manner at all times. Friendly attitude towards all staff and clients. Your own car is needed for this role. We do not offer sponsorship. Able to work alternative weekends (this makes it fair for all staff).
