Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our children's club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for early childhood education and childcare. As the Club Manager, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while managing staff and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities



Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and education. Develop and implement engaging programmes that promote the physical, emotional, and social development of children. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff through effective communication and active engagement. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for all children. Monitor the progress of children in your care, providing feedback to parents and making necessary adjustments to programmes. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to ensure smooth operation of the club. Organise training sessions for staff to enhance their skills in early childhood education and childcare practices.

Requirements



Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Experience in early childhood education or childcare settings is essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working with children in a nursery or similar environment is highly desirable. A drive for excellence in childcare practices and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related fields would be an advantage. QTS or PGCE would be an advantage

Pay: 800.00-1,000.00 per week
