The Opportunity: Hire Controller

Location: Speedy Hire, Haydock

Salary: 30,201 per year

Contract: Full time , Permanent

The Impact you will have:

Make circa 120+ outgoing calls to our customer group per month Chasing up quotes to improve conversion rates Make 350+ outgoing calls to lapsed customers on Speedy Database Assist with the creation and distribution of mail shots and e-mailers Ensure customer satisfaction through effective internal and external communication Log all lost sales accurately Generating 150k per month revenue from existing customers through portfolio extension and lost sales recovery Set up agreements and locate and allocate assets Book transport and workshop PDI's for STH hires Raise and send hire agreements to customers Send quotes to STH customer when required Generate mail shots and e-mailers Log all opportunities and lost sales in the CRM system and chase all pending opportunities Set future call backs for potential orders Assist with carrying out regular customer satisfaction surveys with all existing customers to ensure that STH offers customers a good quality service at a rate which is current within today's market Communicate customer concerns in a professional manner Work to targets produced by Manager Update CRM system

What will help you to excel in this role:

Excellent communicator and telephone manor Strong organisation skills Ability to be self-motivated and driven to work towards targets Product knowledge beneficial Experience in Tele-marketing would be preferable Computer literate and Excel knowledge Experience in Hiring of Capital Equipment Team player with the ability to support others
