What you'll be doing

Compliance with all statutory and company procedures across all the functions, specifically H &S Carry out a broad range of Highway maintenance activities - safety, efficiently and to a high standard. Conduct operational activities against required quality standards Undertake required work progress against agreed programmes Select and undertake appropriate work methods to ensure the work is completed right first time Ensure that work activities meet project work requirements Utilise the effective deployment and use of plant, equipment or machinery Carry out all reasonable work instructions (Issued through various media including hand held device, hard copy job file and/or verbal instructions) Provide customer service in construction.

Who we're looking for




You will have the following:




Highway Civils, Construction or Building/Ground Works Health and Safety first Adaptable to changing situations Customer facing Continually striving to improve performance

Desirable:




Footway Construction Linear Drainage Kerbing Block Laying Class 1 or Class 2 Licence NRSWA Lantra T1 CSCS Highway Maintenance CPCS / NPORS Plant certification, Ride on Roller, Dumper, Telescopic Handler etc. Driver CPC NVQ Winter Service.
