A great opportunity has arisen to work for Axle Haulage as HIAB Driver.
We are an Employee ownership trust and have been operating since 1988.
We are currently looking for a driver to operate from our Hockliffe depot.
Working Monday to Friday (early starts) with weekend overtime available.
We deliver throughout the UK(including London), HS2/Tideway Site Compliant would be advantageous.
Some nights out are required.
MUST have experience of securing loads onto flatbed vehicles, using straps, rachets, chains, also experience in operating Lorry Loader.
You will be given your own dedicated vehicle.

Responsibilities
Operate HGV vehicles safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all traffic regulations. Transport goods using flatbed trucks, securing loads appropriately for safe delivery. Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with dispatch regarding any issues. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 15.80-27.65 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
