HGV Night Shift Supervisor required at a Commercial Automotive Business in Carlisle
- Basic Salary: up to \xc2\xa354,500
- Hours: 12 hour night shifts, 4 nights a week
Requirements and Responsibilities of the HGV Supervisor:
- Have a proven track record running a successful Main Commercial Dealership workshop. The client is also encouraging Experienced Technicians looking for progression to apply.
- Be able to provide supportive leadership and have excellent management skills.
- Ensure the smooth running of the workshop.
- Be on hand to answer any queries from other departments and the general public.
- Have great attention to detail when it comes to administrative duties, ensuring these are completed in a quick and precise manner.
- Be confident when managing the workshop and front of house team so everyone is working together and to the best of their ability.
- A basic salary up to \xc2\xa354,500
- Working night shifts
