Job Description
Express Recruitment are working alongside one of the East Midlands logistic providers specialising in the moving and storing of raw materials and finished goods. Due to expansion our client is seeking the addition of an HGV Driver Trainer to join their talented logistics team.
The successful candidate will receive a starting salary of up to c\xc2\xa332,500 alongside additional employee perks such as 30 days holiday, health care cash plans and excellent opportunities for personal development.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Regularly analyse data from telematic systems to identify driver needs, areas of improvement and training
- Design, develop and deliver effective induction and training programmes for drivers
- Ensure full legal compliance with H&S/driver hour regulations
- Undertake annual driving assessments and create corrective action plans
- Conduct classroom presentations on highway code, drivers\' hours, and safe loading
- LGV C + E Licence essential
- Qualified in learning & development, leadership or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge surrounding driver hours, highway code and general driver health and safety legislation
- Experienced delivering driver and manual handling training
- Complete driver, training, and assessment related qualifications
