A busy haulage, storage and distribution centre in Swindon are looking for an experienced Multi-drop Class 2 driver. Duties will include local deliveries in a curtain sided vehicle Manual Handling Included day to day.

We are looking for a reliable and Experienced Class 2 Multi-drop Driver. In this role you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers. You should have a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and a positive attitude towards customer service.

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Licence to drive a Class 2 vehicle
• Possess a Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Positive attitude
• Able to work on own initiative

As a person you will need the following qualities and experience:

• Excellent Communication skills
• UK Driving Licence with a Cat C entitlement
• Digi & CPC Card
• No more than 6 points for minor offences

We are seeking an experienced and reliable HGV Class 1 driver to work with a busy logistics company based in Walsall.

As an HGV Class 1 driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently from one location to another.

Driver requirements are received daily.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently

Ensure the safe and secure transportation of goods

Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and on time

Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle

Comply with all relevant legislation and company policies

Requirements:

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH CONTAINERS!

Hold a valid HGV Class 1 Licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho)

Have at least 2 years of experience as an HGV Class 1 driver

Have a good driving record and no criminal convictions (no more than 6 points).

Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Be physically fit and able to perform the job duties required

Be willing to work flexible hours and shifts
