Job Description
We currently have a number of opportunities for Class 2 (Cat C) truck drivers to work within the Peterborough area. We have several clients who are looking for HGV delivery drivers for an immediate start.
About the job.
- The hours vary depending on the client you\'re with, and days usually start between 05:00 and 06:00, usually with job till finish.
- Basic Pay Rate: \xc2\xa314.70 to \xc2\xa317.93 per hour PAYE Adv. with weekend work and overtime.
- Guaranteed 8 hours of pay per shift.
- Weekly pay.
- Discounted CPC.
- There is varied work available depending on your preferences and skill set
- Commutable from Stamford, Bourne, Whittlesey, Oundle and Yaxley
- A full and valid Category C (Class 2) licence with an in-date CPC and digi cards is required with no more than 6 points and no DR, DD, or IN convictions for insurance purposes.
- Some of our clients will consider new start HGV drivers.
- The ability to lift and carry fairly heavy items throughout the day, as well as drive, is a requirement due to the physical nature of the jobs.
