Job Description
Steve Porter Transport (Part of KNP logistics Group) are recruiting HGV Class 2 Drivers to complement their current driving workforce in Fareham.
KNP Logistics Group have extensive logistics knowledge and expertise of the manufacturing, retail, food and drink, packaging, media, agriculture and automotive sectors. As a professional driver you play an instrumental part in ensuring our continued success in these fields. Any geographical knowledge would be beneficial as the area we cover stretches from Bournemouth to Brighton and up to Guildford.

Salary: \xc2\xa331,200 per annum.
Hours: 48 hours minimum paid per week.
What we need from you:
- To maintain excellent levels of customer service
- To ensure accurate and timely communication with the transport team
- To deliver goods in a timely and professional manner
- To operate within current driving and working time legislation
- To ensure a good self-presentation
- To ensure PODs are captured correctly and in full for each delivery/collection.
- Full-time permanent work
- 28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
- Free CPC subject to Terms and Conditions
- ADR Training (Dangerous Goods) if applicable to your route.
- Monday to Friday work pattern.
- No weekend working.
- Reasonable working hours (average 0700-1700hrs)
- New fleet of Mercedes and DAF vehicles. (7.5T/18T/26T)
- Use of electric pump trucks (EPTs).
- Death in service benefits.
- Pension auto enrolment with NOW pensions.
