Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tipper Lorry Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods using a Tipper lorry. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent driving skills. As a Truck Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Duties

Operate a Tipper lorry to transport goods to various locations. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Maintain accurate delivery records and logs as required by company policy. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring client satisfaction.

Experience

Proven experience as a commercial driver, preferably with Tipper lorries. Valid commercial driving licence (CPC) and relevant certifications. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best practices in driving. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 18.00-21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
