Job Description

Due to a current driver re-locating out of the area, We are currently looking to recruit a HGV Class 1 driver to drive a Volvo Globetrotter XL cab.

The role will be a tramping position, Monday to Friday, based out of Rugeley.

Predominately it's flat bed haulage, moving anything from Steel Coils / Rebar / Skips / Timber / Concrete Products, it can involve additional types of work, curtainsider (Self load / tip) / Containers (can be self tipping), so looking for a person with an 'all round' attitude. There are no set times to this position and all days are full shifts, so if you are looking for early finishes / short days then this position is not for you. We are looking for a proactive driver, hard working & enthusiastic that would work well in a small team.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience. European work is also available if wanted, but this can include weekends away which is paid fully.

Meal allowance & nights out paid extra, use of Snap account available for parking. Weekend work also available (UK). Weekly paperwork bonus also available.

Must hold valid licences & cpc and take pride in your truck inside & out.
