HGV 1 Driver - Portbury
\xc2\xa317ph (Monday to Friday) / \xc2\xa318ph (Saturday) /\xc2\xa320ph (Sunday)
Monday to Friday day (start times range from 4/5am days, 10/12 hours shifts)
The role
Ensure the vehicle is legal and roadworthy at all times - all daily checks are completed, and any vehicle defects are reported.
Ensure the correct goods have been loaded and are secure before moving the vehicle.
Carry out trunking and multi-drop deliveries in a timely manner and in accordance with the law (including drivers working time regulations)
Double check deliveries with the customer whilst providing a polite and helpful experience. Obtain relevant signatures and paperwork before returning to your home depot.
Who we\'re looking for:
Must hold a valid C+E Class 1 driving licence,
Must hold a valid in date DigiTacho
Must hold a valid driver CPC
At least 12 months Class 1 driving experience is required
Someone who can lift up to 18kg
