To provide administrative assistance to the Helpdesk Team and Helpdesk Manager. Main Duties
Provide the responsive day to day focal point of contact for customers
Provide interface between the Authority and our operational staff including subcontractors
Prioritise work and timeframes in agreement with the customer
Initiate appropriate response from Foreman/Chargehand & Techs
Enter all information required in Maximo in a concise manner
Any other admin tasks required e.g.
v Running Reports v Hastening work v Making appointments v Inputting of Technical information into Maximo (TIC) v Filing v Minutes of meetings v Scanning Documents
Assisting Manager with other Admin tasks as needed.
Provide admin support in other areas as required by the business
Responsibilities will vary according to the requirements of the business.
