Job Description


Pure are pleased to be working for a exciting growing company based in Brentwood. They are looking to recruit a helpdesk administrator to join their busy customer service team.

Main Duties:

  • Respond and take ownership of all calls in a timely and effective manner
  • Deal with queries from customers and engineers by phone or email and resolve issues as they arise
  • Provide admin support for the service department, to include ensuring the in-house system and all necessary spreadsheets are kept up to date
  • Chasing subcontractors for their invoices
  • Scheduling engineers\' daily work within the designated areas
  • Taking breakdowns and arranging attendance
  • On occasions you may need to locate parts from stores
  • Any other administrative duties as required
  • Assisting team members where necessary
REQUIREMENTS
  • 2 years Customer service skills
  • 2 years strong administration skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Able to provide a professional, helpful and efficient customer service
  • Have excellent communication and administrative skills
  • Highly organised
  • Able to work in a busy environment
  • Good team player
  • Be Customer focussed
  • Due to location you must be able to drive.
Shift Pattern
37.5 hours a week, on a shift rota.
