Group GA are looking for experienced plumbers with a strong work ethic to be part of a well established business located in Wallingford, Oxfordshire

We carry out both high end residential and commercial work, experience in both sectors would be preferred but is not necessary.

We believe in investing in our team to build on the strong foundations we have throughout. There is huge scope to develop your skill set into renewables and commercial.

As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Reporting to a Project Manager.

A valid Gas Safe Register certification and NVQ lvl 3 qualification are Preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair heating and plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. Ensure all work complies with Gas Safe Register regulations and relevant safety standards. Utilise hand and power tools effectively, demonstrating mechanical knowledge. Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate effectively with clients and team members. Liaise with clients directly and be the face of the company Complete site maintenance inspections (PPM's) and complete reports Hold a valid driving license to travel to various job sites as required. Lead apprentices Work with our team to complete larger projects to a high standard

Requirements for position

Minimum NVQ level 3 qualified plumbing and heating engineer. 5 years experience Good knowledge of all aspects of domestic and commercial plumbing & heating. Being able to work on one's own initiative and be a team player when working as part of a team. Must hold a Full UK driving Licence
Additional Requirements but not essential as full training can be given

Gas Qualifications (ACS). Gas Safe registered Qualified in LPG & OIL. OFTEC approved Plant room Installation experience Renewables experience (GSHP, ASHP, Solar)
