Overview:



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heating Engineer to join our Property Services team at Broadacres Housing Association in Northallerton. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heating systems in our residential properties to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively.



Key Responsibilities:



Carrying out planned maintenance checks on heating systems in residential properties Responding to reactive maintenance requests related to heating systems Diagnosing and repairing faults in heating systems Installing new heating systems when required Completing all work to a high standard and in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations Providing excellent customer service to tenants and colleagues Keeping accurate records of all work carried out and materials used


Qualifications and Skills:



Relevant qualifications in heating engineering such as Gas Safe certification Proven experience in maintaining and repairing heating systems Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
