A great opportunity based with a mid-sized and growing pharmaceutical company who are looking for an experience Sales professional/Healthcare Development Manager to join an established team.
The role will work within Respiratory/Allergy and will primarily be responsible for supporting and driving business growth across the given territory through developing relationships with core customers and stakeholders.
Core responsibilities:
- Managing and driving your own business plan focused on key accounts to gain formulary status.
- Developing key account plans, ensuring uptake of products/brands once formulary status has been achieved.
- Working with key customers and stakeholders across primary & secondary care settings as well as at payor level.
- Ensuring that all sales targets are met within the allocated territory.
- Have demonstrable achievements and a solid understanding of the formulary inclusion process.
- Ideally have worked within either Respiratory and/or Allergy.
- Be able to identify and develop relationships with key influencers, stakeholders and KOLs.
- Show evidence of selling to, and working with, medicines optimisation to drive switches which will be a key objective of this role.
