We are expanding our team in Manchester and seeking a dedicated Healthcare Framework Compliance Officer to ensure our services meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
Role Overview
The Healthcare Framework Compliance Officer will be responsible for:
Ensuring compliance with NHS frameworks and healthcare regulations.
Keep track of all frameworks and tender which are opened within the NHS portals
Conducting regular audits and assessments of clinical services.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to implement best practices.
Preparing reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Staying updated with changes in healthcare policies and standards. ?
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate compliance with NHS frameworks.
Develop and implement compliance strategies and action plans.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and participate in inspections.
Maintain accurate records of compliance activities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Science or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in healthcare compliance or a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of NHS frameworks and healthcare regulations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
