We are currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants and Child Care Workers in the Herefordshire areas, for many children\'s residential care homes to fulfil ongoing assignments for Days, Nights, and weekend duties.

As a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) working for OneCall24, you will be responsible for the below duties:

\xc2\xb7 Promoting an environment that encourages the patient to feel safe and comfortable.

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring patients.

\xc2\xb7 Keeping up with patient\'s personal hygiene and wellbeing

\xc2\xb7 Ensuring patients are properly fed and hydrated.

\xc2\xb7 Communicating and supporting the patient\'s relatives and carers

\xc2\xb7 Dealing with children in the home that have complex needs (behavioural, trauma, abuse)

To be considered for this role you will need:

• A valid enhanced DBS.

• Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

• 6 months experience in the last 2 years

• Driver\'s Licence and reliable vehicle

• Full UK License held for 2 years.

• Over 21 years old.

• Previous experience working with children is required.
