We're looking for a skilled healthcare assistant to support a young girl living with complex health needs in the Caerphilly area. The role involves both clinical and personal care, structured activities, and emotional support in a safe and calm home environment. You'll play a vital part in her day-to-day wellbeing.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a healthcare assistant with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting with

PEG feeding

,

suctioning

, and

oxygen therapy

Monitoring and responding to seizures

with confidence and care Ensuring safe positioning and mobility throughout the day and night Promoting calm, structured routines through consistency and emotional awareness Working collaboratively with parents and professionals to maintain a high standard of care Providing attentive, one-to-one support that will eventually move to a two-to-one setup
