We're now looking for a kind, patient and emotionally aware

Healthcare Assistant

for a role in Somerton to support a resilient woman living with long-term health conditions and mobility challenges. She's determined to remain independent--and that's where you come in. You'll be helping her manage daily routines, offering support with her symptoms and pacing, and occasionally lending a hand when her children are home.

You do need a full driving license and access to your own vehicle to work as a Healthcare Assistant with us. This is because all our customers live in their own homes in the community.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing support with energy conservation and fatigue management Light assistance with physical symptoms, including joint and nerve pain Helping with daily tasks and structured home routines Offering prompts for medication and personal care Occasionally supporting care for children with complex needs (when present) Creating a calm, encouraging home atmosphere
