My client is a Top 100 law firm based in Leeds, and they have an opportunity for a Health and Safety Regulatory Lawyer who wants to join a growing and successful team that specialises in a range of complex and high profile Health, Safety and Environmental matters.

Applications from those that are newly qualified or looking to diversify into Non-Financial Services Regulation are welcome as full training and support will be provided.

The successful Health & Safety Lawyer will become a trusted advisor and build lasting relationships with their clients. This is a varied and dynamic role which will enable you to be involved in:

Some of the UK\'s largest and most complex health and safety investigations;
Environmental compliance and enforcement matters including pollution, waste and permitting matters;
Major workplace safety incidents including fatalities and life-changing injuries;
Complex regulatory matters in the areas of healthcare, medical devices, food and transport regulation;
Corporate transactions and support clients to comply with their regulatory obligations.

What\'s needed:

Preferably you\'ll have experience of working on high calibre health, safety and environmental matters
Ideally you will have worked in private practice or in-house
You will be driven to evolve as a lawyer and develop your skills
