From overseeing landmark projects to mentoring the next generation of industry experts, you will play a key role in shaping the future of health and safety consultancy.What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead and inspire a team of health and safety professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Drive strategy and growth, supporting business development, client engagement, and operational success.
• Provide expert guidance on health and safety matters to clients and project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations and industry best practices.
• Support the delivery of CDM Principal Designer duties, working closely with design teams to create safe and efficient project plans.
• Oversee complex health and safety audits on construction sites and within client facilities.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to refine policies, develop new services, and expand the consultancy's market presence.
• Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability, revenue growth, and efficient resource management.
• Champion a high-performance culture, recruiting, mentoring, and developing the next generation of health and safety professionals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in a health and safety consultancy or related field, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or major projects.
• Relevant qualifications such as a NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Membership, or equivalent.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering growth and strategic impact.
• A passion for innovation and a drive to continuously raise health and safety standards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, internal teams, and industry stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with industry software.
