We have partnered with a globally renowned manufacturing organisation who are looking to appoint a Health, Safety and Environmental Business Partner. This opportunity will give you the chance to shape and influence the company\'s HSE culture across 2 of their strategic sites in Greater Manchester / Lancashire, with the support of a wider safety team who will report into you.

The Health, Safety and Environmental Business Partner will be responsible for:

- Working collaboratively with the HSE Lead to develop and implement the HSE strategy across the sites
- You will be a hands-on leader, understanding where you can make an immediate impact and what the long-term goals will be
- You will drive cultural change, bringing HSE to the forefront
- Coaching, managing and developing various senior stakeholders will be essential
- Ensure standards are met and continually improved upon
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
- Development of safety team

The Health, Safety and Environmental Business Partner will have:

- Must have experience of working within a high risk manufacturing or engineering environments
- COMAH experience is desirable
- NEBOSH Diploma or NCRQ equivalent
- CMIOSH would be desirable
- IEMA Qualification
- Knowledge of management systems of ISO 14001, 45001
- Proven leadership skills - the ability to engage at all levels is vital
- Personality, influencing skills and engagement are crucial
