Health & Safety Manager RC Frame/Gwks \xc2\xa360k \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa365k London

About the Client: My client are growing specialist civils subcontractor, specialising in complex RC Frame/Groundworks packages across London and the Southeast. They have a current turnover of almost \xc2\xa340m and work on projects to the value of \xc2\xa38m. They have grown year on year and have new structures in place to take them to the next level.

About the Role: As you develop in your role, you will help to promote a culture where safety, health and environmental considerations are integrated into every day processes. Reporting to the SH&E Director, you will be actively engaged with all levels of management, and at all stages of the construction process, from pre-construction through to completion of works.

Your regular routine will support in the monitoring of workplaces and the investigation of incidents, with a \xe2\x80\x98management\xe2\x80\x99 approach to problem solving, as well as to improve the SH&E management skills of our workforce.

About the Requirements: You must have a safety qualification (NEBOSH, Degree or Diploma) and have at least 2 years health & safety Site experience, ideally with RC Frames but not essential. You must be able to work on your own initiative and be a strong communicator. You ne must be;

• Enthusiasm and an energetic nature are essential.
