Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in surgery and post op care. Our cases our local anaesthetic based and require an assistant in theatre. Cases are typically around 2 hours and pay on per case basis. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Duties

Assist patients with personal care tasks Assist surgeon Support individuals, ensuring their safety at all times Help in the preparation and administration of medication as per care plans. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge. Cleaning

Requirements

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining patient records is advantageous. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
