Full UK driver's licence & own car
Experience in adult support work

Responsibilities
Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and mobility support. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Drive to various locations to provide home care services as required. Maintain accurate records of patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients, adhering to health and safety regulations. Utilize IT skills to manage patient information and schedules efficiently.

Pay: 24,000.00-29,000.00 per year
