What We're Looking For
We're currently hiring a
Healthcare Assistant
to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, observant, and methodical, with a positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.Essential Requirements:
At least
6 months of experience
in a similar role Relevantcertifications
, including:Care Certificate
NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce / Residential Childcare (
Team Teach
training)
Mandatory Training Workforce
MAPA/CPI training
(CPI Blue Card)What You'll Be Doing:
Providing compassionate bedside care and supporting patients with daily living activities Communicating clearly with patients and their families Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to healthcare professionals Recording vital signs such as temperature and blood pressure Updating medical records with key information (e.g., history, medications, allergies) Offering emotional support to patients and their loved ones during challenging times

Pay: 13.52 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
