Job Description

The Willows Residential Care Home requires a dedicated and conscientious

care assistant

to join our friendly team on a full-time or part-time basis. We're seeking a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with the elderly and assisting them with their daily living activities, including personal care.

The suitable candidate must work as a collective with the Home to meet personal, emotional, psychological, cultural, spiritual and religious needs of clients, in a way that respects dignity, rights and promotes independence, diversity and choice of each individual. Also, to help in the care of client's physical and environmental needs and in the general day-to-day activities of the Home.

Delivering a level of care that truly comes from the heart is all about making sure our residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as you get involved in general activities within the care home. Whether you're helping someone with limited mobility to learn to use an aid, offering emotional support to a confused or distressed resident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life, you'll always have their well-being in mind above anything else.

Candidates must be hard working and reliable, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing our residents with high quality care and support. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well-organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

We are a 30 bed care home located in Rippingale, 5 miles out of Bourne (only limited Call Connect Transport available to this area).

Shifts Available:

Early 7am - 2pm Late 2pm - 9pm Night 9pm - 7am
21-42 hours per week.

Experience is preferred but not necessary as training can be provided to the right candidate.
