Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care to patients in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and possess the necessary skills to assist with patient care. Duties: - Providing personal care to patients, including assisting with washing, dressing, and toileting - Supporting patients with mobility and physical activities - Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals - Assisting in the implementation of care plans under the supervision of senior staff - Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients - Assisting with meal preparation and feeding when necessary Requirements: - Previous experience in home care or a care home setting is desirable - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact compassionately with patients - A valid driving licence may be required for certain roles - Proficient in English, both spoken and written - Basic IT skills for recording patient information accurately Join our team as a Healthcare Assistant and make a real difference in the lives of those in need.
