About the role
The starting salary for this role is \xc2\xa334,356 per annum, based on working 36-hours per week.
The Public Health Team in Surrey is forward-looking, with ambitions to support significant improvements in the health and wellbeing and reductions in health inequalities within our county\'s population.
Surrey County Council Public Health team is seeking to recruit a Programme and Partnership Support Officer to support coordination of delivery against the three priorities in the Surrey Health and Wellbeing Strategy. This will involve coordination and other support duties, including the smooth running of related high-level boards/other key partnership meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, presentations, regular performance assessment reports and communications materials.
You will have experience of working with a range of stakeholders to support varied partnerships and will be confident in dealing with both internal and external colleagues. Practically, a sound knowledge of relevant Office software programmes will be important including use of Word, PowerPoint and MS Teams. Flexibility and willingness to travel will also be helpful within the role along with options for home and remote working.
