About the Role



As a Health & Safety Consultant at C2C Group, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our clients maintain the highest safety standards. You'll conduct thorough site inspections, provide expert advice, develop essential safety documentation, and investigate incidents when they occur.

The right candidate will have an understanding of Health and Safety principles, practical construction site activities, and the ability to influence and support various stakeholders. You will be comfortable and adaptable working from home, on sites, and at our clients' offices.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct comprehensive site inspections for clients and produce detailed supporting reports Ensure clients adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations. Provide both reactive and proactive H&S advice to clients Develop critical H&S documentation including RAMS/SSOW, policies, procedures, and forms Lead accident/ incident investigations when required Contribute expert knowledge to C2C Group communications including newsletters and alerts

The Ideal Candidate



You're a safety professional with:

Essential

Proven experience in the construction industry Knowledge of H&S legislation, particularly CDM regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities The ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholder levels Project management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to work both independently and collaboratively A full driving license and access to a car for work purposes.

Desirable

NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification Knowledge, skills, and experience in Environmental Management, Quality Management, and Auditing. Experience in conducting risk assessments and accident investigations. Data analysis capabilities with relevant software proficiency
