```Duties```
- Oversee the dining experience and ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Train and supervise servers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Assist with food preparation and ensure proper food handling and safety protocols are followed
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of culinary techniques and menu items
