We are currently recruiting for The Residence Head Waiter/ ess at The Londoner. The Residence is a collection of three beautifully designed spaces just for hotel residents. The Y Bar, The Drawing Room and The Whisky Room have been curated to meet our guests' every work and leisure needs.


Overview:

A rare opportunity has arisen to join The Residence at The Londoner as a Head Waiter/ess. As a Head Waiter/ess you will be responsible for achieving revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals for the restaurant and bar through upselling and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for directing the Bar operations team to ensure both customer and staff satisfaction is achieved in a motivated and cohesive environment. Ensure guest expectations are exceeded and seeks opportunities to improve the guest experience by seeking feedback and evaluating service levels. Implementing and developing strategies to improve where necessary alongside the management team.

About You:

In depth knowledge of the London restaurant and liquor trends, experience of afternoon teas and champagne would be advantageous. To be considered for this role of Head Waiter/ess you must be able to demonstrate personal ownership of tasks, leadership, and coaching skills. Current supervisory experience within a similar environment. Proven track record of achieving outstanding levels of personal and departmental targets in order to meet and exceed expectations whilst delivering outstanding attention to detail and precision at all times.
