The Role
As a Head Waiter in the Membership Dining Room, you will be responsible for coordinating service, mentoring the floor team, and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction are consistently achieved.Lead and coordinate service on the floor to ensure seamless guest experiences. Anticipate and respond to the needs of members with discretion and elegance. Support the training and development of junior waiters and commis staff. Maintain detailed knowledge of menus, specials, and wine lists to offer informed recommendations. Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of all dining areas.

About You
We're looking for individuals who:Have previous experience in a senior waiter or floor captain role, preferably within a luxury or fine-dining environment. Deliver service with poise, confidence, and attention to detail. Are passionate about hospitality and dedicated to providing personalised guest experiences.
