I am looking for an experienced Arable Operator looking to take the lead on a large Oxfordshire based farm. You will need to be someone who can hit the ground running for the busy harvest season therefore it is essential to have extensive operational experience to include combining. From there you will head up all day to day arable operations on their behalf to allow the family to focus on other areas.

This is a small close knit team where trust and high working standards are paramount- you will have the freedom to manage your workload with minimal supervision but whilst knowing you have the guidance and support of the owners where you needed. The right person must be able to relocate to the farm/local area- picturesque Oxfordshire, you will be living and working on a 1200 acre arable enterprise across 3 sites within a small village, all the benefits of rural life but with excellent links to amenities via a short commute of Oxford.

Remuneration:

• Accommodation which is newly renovated to a high standard or the opportunity to take a housing allowance towards your own choice of property offsite.
