Are you a driven and ambitious professional with a passion for property and development? We are currently seeking an Acquisitions and Retail Development Manager to play a key role in supporting property acquisitions and project delivery across the UK. This position will work closely with both our Property and Operational teams, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our business.



With a nationwide portfolio of over 1,300 Licensed Betting Offices, we are committed to continually enhancing our existing retail estate while actively pursuing new opportunities for expansion. The successful candidate will be instrumental in identifying and securing new sites, managing the process from initial selection through to fit-out completion and handover to our Operational Team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact within a fast-paced and evolving environment.



ResponsibilitiesIdentify, assess, and secure new estates opportunities.

Reporting on progress of acquisitions.

Conduct market research and site appraisals to support decision-making.

Planning, liaising and assisting in the instructing of external consultants

Assist in negotiation terms and manage transactions through to completion.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure acquisitions align with operational needs.

Regular travel nationwide, including overnight stays.

Skills & Experience

What you'll need to succeed:



Experience in a property role/real estate related field preferred.

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and drive acquisitions forward.

Previous experience in a betting retail market preferred. Willingness to travel and stay away as required.

Strong technical skills with the ability to work alone and within a team environment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple instructions, and meet deadlines.

Strong financial acumen and experience of budgeting and cost analysis.

A diplomatic and professional approach, able to gather and share information in an inclusive manner while dealing effectively with challenging situations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build key relationships within and with property and industry professionals from outside the business.

Full UK Driving Licence
