We are looking for a regional sales manager for our Additive Manufacturing Services Business in the United Kingdom. Siemens Energy is an established global leader in the additive manufacturing technology and well positioned to serve the energy, aviation, automotive and space industries with state-of-the-art additive manufacturing technology. One of the key pillars of our holistic AM strategy is to strengthen and develop our AM Services Business to similar industries around the world

A Snapshot of Your Day

You will be proactively generating substantial growth of order entry for Siemens Energy AM services & products, so daily tasks will include a large amount of customer interaction and driving strategy.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

  • Support expansion of service & product offerings and development of new markets/industries & new business models.
  • Develop and communicate a clear go-2-market strategy for defined regions/markets.
  • Develop new customers and build strategic relationships.
  • Act as single point of contact into new key customer accounts and lead sales process end-to-end at the customer.
  • Built up sales pipeline and sales funnel, identify leads and opportunities to increase Order Intake.
  • Be responsible for providing the overall view of 3PB and Siemens Energy Sales for MSL UK factory
  • Develop, implement and maintain sales processes in MSL UK QMS
  • Develop CRM for 3PB and Siemens Energy Pipeline
  • Be part of the leadership team bringing functional BDMS solutions and customer perspectives to all functions across MSL UK
What You Bring
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering or business
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Customer Relationship Management.
  • Experience with Market Competitive intelligence skills.
  • Proven track-record in developing customer-based relationships and driving substantial growth of profitable order entry.
  • Customer understanding, market knowledge and network preferably in our primary AM services & projects target industries (energy, aviation, space or automotive).
  • Competence in complex technology-driven products and solutions.
Preferred Skills/Experience/Knowledge

\xc2\xb7 Master\'s degree in engineering or management
