Butler Rose, public practice is delighted to be partnered with our client, a highly successful and well-known Top 20 firm of accountants based from ultra-modern offices in the picturesque town of Letchworth, that are eager to appoint a Head of Tax to oversee and take ownership over the tax department.

Role Requirements -

Working alongside the Head of Operations, you will deliver high quality tax services to the firm\'s client base and enhance the development of the tax department.
Equally, you will work alongside other Heads of Departments to ensure service levels are upheld and improved wherever possible
Build relationships with the clients so that you are the "go-to" person and will manage their expectations, their services and the firm\'s tax team to deliver high quality client satisfaction.
Identify and deliver added value services to the clients to help them prosper.

Person Requirements -

ACA/ACCA/CTA with at least 5 years\' post qualification experience in a similar senior level tax managerial role working for a prominent and well sized UK based accounting firm
Proven ability of spearheading a firm\'s tax offering to clients and managing a tax team/department
