Are you ready to take a bold brand to the big leagues?

BoyleSports is on a mission to shake up the betting and gaming landscape. With over 300 stores and a growing digital presence, we're building a brand with ambition, edge and energy, and sponsorship is at the heart of how we show up.

We're looking for a Head of Sponsorship who's not just experienced, but visionary. Someone who knows the power of a top tier partnership, understands the nuances of racing, and thrives on turning sponsorship rights into fan-first, fame-driving brand moments. This is a senior role for a strategic leader who can manage a busy portfolio with precision, and drive standout value from every asset we invest in.

What you'll lead

You'll own the sponsorship strategy end-to-end, shaping how BoyleSports shows up on the biggest stages in sport. From horse racing to darts, from local derbies to the global game, you'll:

Lead and evolve our full sponsorship portfolio: spanning iconic Irish and UK horse racing events, Darts World Grand Prix, and a major new sponsorship. Develop and deliver a challenger sponsorship strategy: putting BoyleSports at the centre of sporting conversation and culture. Ensure excellence at every touchpoint: from branding to rights management, from fan experiences to internal engagement. Scope and assess new opportunities: building the business case for smart, strategic growth in sport. Inspire and manage a high-performing team: elevating talent, unlocking creativity and creating a culture of excellence.

You'll be accountable for:

Bringing the BoyleSports brand to life across our sponsorships: ensuring consistency, creativity and quality execution. Maximising the value of our rights: and ensuring every asset works hard for brand and business. Collaborating with a wide range of internal teams: including Brand, PR, Creative, Retail, Media, Customer Engagement and Performance Marketing. Creating and delivering a best-in-class activation calendar: from stadium to screen, from paddock to pub. Leading on hospitality, ticketing, fan experiences, and in-venue betting integration. Tracking, measuring and reporting on the impact of our sponsorships, across both brand equity and commercial performance.

What we're looking for:

We need a sponsorship leader with serious pedigree and challenger energy:

Significant experience in sports sponsorship, particularly football - with a track record of leading high-profile partnerships (Premier League experience strongly preferred). Creative and strategic; someone who brings original thinking and knows how to activate in fresh, fan-focused ways. Deep understanding of the sports landscape; with strong networks across rights holders, clubs, and agencies. Commercially sharp; comfortable building business cases and reporting on ROI. Multi-tasker and team player; able to juggle multiple complex partnerships, stakeholders and deadlines. Experience in the betting and gaming sector is strongly preferred. Working knowledge of UK and Irish gambling regulation; especially its impact on sponsorship and branding.

The extras that matter

You're a confident communicator, able to influence at every level; internally and externally. You thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. You're passionate about sport and live experiences; and get what it takes to create unforgettable fan moments. You're a builder; of teams, of partnerships, of bold brand narratives.

This isn't a sponsorship job. It's a brand-building mission.

If you're ready to lead from the front, challenge the norm, and put BoyleSports on the map in sport and culture, we want to hear from you.
